Sponsors - 2017 Indiegogo Campaign
The formation of this team was possible, amongst other things, thanks to the crowdfunding campaign that we held last May. The goal of this campaign was to raise $1,500 to ensure all our players could attend and compete in the next Dreamhack Montreal, taking place this September. A part of the raised funds equally went to the creation of a community called: The Sailor Squad. This community’s goal is to assemble female players who are interested in being introduced to the competitive Overwatch scene. Once a month, these women will be invited to join us at our favourite gaming house, Mixed Virtual Arts, to following a theoretical and applied training. Team Sailor Scouts want to thank everyone who believed in this project since the very beginning. Amongst them, we want to highlight the contribution of Montreal video game studios: Borealys, Affordance, Scavengers Studio and Red Barrels, the creator of the very popular game Outlast.
